Birthday Parties

When you book a birthday party with us at The Rex – Barossa Aquatic Fitness the only thing you need to do is send the invitations and bring the kids. We will organise everything and even clean up all the mess so you can enjoy a stress-free party with your children.

We offer swimming, sports and kinder parties. We strive to give your kids a party experience that will keep them talking for days to come. Parties are suitable for all ages.

Whether it’s in the pool or on the court, enjoy an un-hosted party with 45 minutes of exclusive access to a roped off area, complete with pool toys or court equipment. Kinder play is also available for an additional cost.

Catered Parties

Have all the hassle removed from your party with a range of menu options for catering in addition to a reserved table, seating and access to our {{aquatic}} facilities for your group.

Extras

  • Ice cream cake $16
  • Party lolly bags $3 each
  • Fruit platter $45 (must be ordered no later than Thursday prior to the party date)
  • Sandwich platters $45 (approx. 7 sandwiches) Must be ordered no later than one week prior to party date

Party Information

Partys include 45 minutes of play followed by time on the party table to eat and relax. Guests are welcome to stick around afterwards until the centre closes.

Saturday

1 Session on Saturday from 12:30

Sunday

3 Sessions on Sunday at 10:00am 10:45am or 11:30am

Requirements

  • Maximum of 15 participants for pool and sports parties
  • All participants must follow our age conditions of entry (Children aged under 5 must be accompanied by an adult in the water at all times [1 adult per 2 children ages 0-4.] Children under 10 must be actively supervised by an adult at all times [1 adult to 4 children aged 5-9.) Children under 13 must have a parent or guardian remain on the premises at all times.
  • Please ensure you and party guests arrive 15 minutes prior to the party start time.

Fees

  • $22.00 per child
  • Parties are not confirmed until we receive a $50 deposit. This deposit needs to be paid in centre.
  • $50 set up/ cleaning fee for kinder parties.
  • You will be contacted in the week prior to you party to confirm total number of guests attending, menu option and any allergy requirements.

You are welcome to bring your own birthday cake (knife, plates, and spoons provided) and your own party bags. All other food from outside the premises is prohibited with the exception of foods for guests with allergies that have been previously discussed.
