Our Swim & Survive Learn to Swim Program caters for infants from 6 months of age right through to adults looking for stroke correction.Swim and Survive is a comprehensive swimming and water safety initiative of Royal Life Saving that seeks to increase the swimming and water safety skills of all Australian children in order to prevent drowning and increase participation in safe aquatic activity.
The cornerstone of our Centre is our large modern gymnasium and health club equipped with state of the art fitness equipment. Operating from the health club are a range of group fitness programs and one of our strengths is personal training so if you're looking for a little more one on one assistance from a trainer, The Barossa Aquatic Fitness Centre is the place for you.

Do you provide health & fitness assessments?
Sure do. All new members meet with one of our qualified instructors so we can determine your goals and recommend the correct training program for you. From there, there will always be a qualified fitness instructor on the floor to assist you with any question or tips you might need.
